Dwarf larkspur is a native perennial in the buttercup family that is shorter and blooms earlier in the season. The flower can handle different forms of sun exposure, but prefers medium to moist soils and can reach 12″ in height. The shape of the blooms attract both hummingbirds and butterflies.
