A vigorous, productive, spreading tree that requires maintenance. Fuji stores well and will keep its flavor for over three months in regular refrigeration. This is an excellent late-season fresh eating apple that pairs well with strong cheeses and makes a very sweet sauce. Can be susceptible to disease, more so than other varieties, but if you take the time, the flavor of this crop will be worth the extra effort!
